2. Information about the Collection of Personal Data

Below we provide information about the collection of personal data when using this website and the Sensorium d.o.o. services. Personal data is any data that can personally reference you, such as your name, address, email addresses, user behavior, IP address.

We maintain technical measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your personal data from threats when transmitting data as well as from third-party access. These measures are adjusted according to the latest technologies.

4. Collection of Personal Data for Informational Use

When you merely use the website for informational purposes — i.e. you do not send us a request via the contact form or otherwise provide us with information — we do not collect any personal data, except for the data transmitted by your browser that enables you to access the website: IP address, date and time of the request, time-zone difference from GMT, browser, operating system, browser language/version, and the visitor’s country of origin.

5. Use of Cookies

Cookies may be stored on your computer when you use the website. They are small text files that make the service more user-friendly and effective; they cannot run programs or deliver viruses. Cookie data is stored separately from any additional data and is not associated with your other data. This website uses persistent cookies, which are automatically deleted after a specified period.

6. Use of the “Contact” Feature

When you contact us via email or the contact form, we store your email address and, if provided, your name and phone number in order to answer your question. Requests can be sent to [email protected].

7. Use of the Price-List Check (“Provjera cjenika”)

The free price-list check at /provjera-cjenika/ fetches publicly available pages of the domain you enter, using only HTTP GET requests, and reports what it observed. To keep the service available and to prevent abuse, we record one log line per check: the timestamp, the domain checked, the IP address the request came from, the number of requests made, the per-check results, and whether an email address was supplied. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the service and preventing misuse.

If you ask us for the written report, we store the email address you enter and send the report and your enquiry to [email protected] only. We never send mail to the address you type — that prevents the form being used to deliver unsolicited mail to third parties — and we reply to you from our own mailbox. We use that address to answer this enquiry and, if you asked for it, to tell you once when price-list monitoring becomes available. We do not add it to any marketing list, we do not use it for unrelated offers, and we do not share it with anyone. Ask us at [email protected] and we delete it.

8. Consent and Limits to Use

Disclosure of your data is entirely voluntary. By entering it you consent that the data may be collected, processed, or used for establishing contact, processing contracts, and for the protection of our legitimate business interests in advising and supporting our customers.
